Ryan shared his journey from getting started nine yesrs ago to building the business he runs today. And it was a powerful reminder that entrepreneurship isn’t always a straight path. His willingness to learn as he went, pivot when needed, and adapt to challenges is such a strong example for the students.

He encouraged them to take initiative, stay curious, and not wait for someone else to hand them the answers. Growth happens when you’re willing to figure things out on your own. And yes, things will be hard. Plans will change. But the key is to keep moving forward.
